Our Team

A FourLight Custom Home aims to offer more than just protection from the elements. Coy Greathouse and his team design each home with the family in mind, featuring sprawling single-story and spacious multi-story floor plans, creative and functional spaces, and finishes that make you feel at home the moment you walk through the door.
Meet the Builder
With nearly 15 years of construction experience, Coy Greathouse brings a wide range of knowledge from expansive commercial developments to high-profile residential remodels to residential new construction. His passion, however, now focuses on building homes for families to enjoy for generations. He has four boys, Owen, Charlie, Bennett and Judah who love to romp through God's creation and a bride, Karitsa, who loves to teach them about it. They chose the west Fort Worth area to call home because of its laid back culture and their general appreciation for a slower way of life.
